This agency once had my insurance. I always thought highly of them and the company they represented. As an agent myself, my father asked me who I would recommend after I left the state and, of course, I recommended them. However, after speaking with the man in the office, I would never, ever call back. The first thing is the Lexus Nexis report. It was pulling doubles of the same accident and instead of him going out of his way to call underwriting to have it overrode, because it was clearly a technical issue, he refused. The second thing is he wanted to argue about an accident. It was a parking lot accident, a hit and run. Yes, I know NC law is there must be another vehicle or proof of the other vehicle not having insurance for it to fall under uninsured and, if not, it is collision; however, the office rep needs to verse himself in the endorsements his own company provides and how those can change which coverage it falls under before he starts arguing about it. It was clear from the start, to get a quote you have to be rushed. That is how errors happen. Insurance is not a McDonald's hamburger, it is a financial product and should be handled with such care.

I have had Erie Insurance for several years and they have been wonderful to deal with. Harriet is usually the one that I talk to when I call the office and she is so very kind and pleasant to talk to. She is always helpful and gets me the information that I need.

Hands down, the worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. Charged my mom 18 months for a car that was totaled, bought, and sent to auction. Policy is worthless, the paper it's written on is worth more. Trust is earned, not expected

Johnson Insurance Group is by far the best insurance company in Gaston County. No one will beat their rates, customer service or professionalism. Cliff, Chris and all of the staff are super friendly and truly want to do what is best for you. The fiduciary relationship that they have had with me over the years is why I recommend every one that I know to seek them out first for all of their insurance needs.

This company has raised my insurance rate TWICE in the past two years after never missing a bill, receiving no tickets, and getting in ZERO accidents. I have called multiple times for the people at this branch to tell me “we’re too swamped, we have to call you back another time.” I have tried numerous times to get in contact with this branch, each time they have an excuse to not talk to me. I don’t have the money to keep paying a company that doesn’t care about its customers, and continues to raise my insurance rates when I haven’t received a raise in years. These companies continue to use “oh we have to raise our prices cuz iNfLaTIon” as an excuse. You’ve continued to milk your customers for a scam service. I dislike this company and would encourage anyone considering this company to find another company to do business with

Quick service, going beyond expectations. Have had a few minor claims and Johnson Insurance Group was always helpful from start to finish. They also helped me find the best insurance coverage for the best value. I currently have homeowners, motor vehicle and renters insurance for college kids. Customer for over 20 years. Front office staff always willing to assist with any questions I have.
