I just bought my home 1/2023 and by 9/2024 I noticed water around my laundry room door, which caused the door trim and base mould to swell. I called the manufacture Champion Homes for help, they said my one year warranty ran out so I need to call my extended warranty company Cornerstone United. So I call Cornerstone and they told me to file a claim but I need to find a contractor to come out and find what the problem is with the door. it was difficult finding a contractor. I assumed that when you file a claim the insurance company sends out an adjuster to see what's going on, but the didn't. So near the end of September 2024 I find a contractor they came out and found that I had mold and moisture all around the door. After the contractors did the mold remediation and water extraction and they sent Cornerstone the estimate for all repairs, they denied the claim. A play on words is why they denied the claim. The contractor said "due to the extreme rain caused the damage to the door trim etc". This is an "outside element" so the policy can't pay for any repairs..I had to get a lawyer because the contractors filed a lien on my home to pay for tearing up my laundry room. Someone make this make sense!!!!!

The claim process is so easy and quick. I had to pay Tesla for the estimates but Cornerstone United reimbursed me for the payment in a matter of days. So happy that I purchased the Extended Warranty plan from Cornerstone United.

Since one start is the lowest i can go, I guess we will have to settle for that. Worst car warranty company I have ever dealt with. I purchased the warranty through the dealership I bought my car from, first time I went to file a claim it was denied and the reasoning was because it was a common part that went out, mind you I purchased the highest tier the warranty went, 2nd time I went to file a claim which was just a couple of weeks ago my pcv valve froze up and ruptured which inturn caused $6000.00 worth of damage, called to file a claim and was again denied and their reasoning was because it was considered an act of nature. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT

They claim they never got email, but it’s the link they responded in. They have bad communication from claims to customer service, shop called them, gave someone an estimate, but I need work asap as I was heading back across country from vacation. Lossing my job was no expensive then the work, so I figured they would reimburse as I did not have 5-10 business days for this to resolve. Now they claim no one called them. Also that I never sent them copy of invoice and payment. Now that it’s expired, there 2nd response about the situation was that the warranty is expired so they can’t help me. Work was done 1 month after I bought vehicle, and submitted the paperwork they should have keep on file from the shop contacting the number on the paperwork. There Lack of training and due process should not be my fault. They cannot keep track of a simple email. Let alone document things properly what they stated in their notes was not how the conversations went. Hopefully they do right by whoever purchases this scam of an insurance in my opinion, but they sure did not do me proper. I do not recommend this to anyone that may or may not be going on a trip as it will take multiple days to get approval for the work to be done as well as to order the parts to get the work done and for the shop to do the work itself.

Denied a extremely small claim saying my boat made contact with another boat or object when I have absolutely NO DAMAGE to it. The docking light plastic mounting piece is broke underneath a small chrome cover. NO damage to the thin chrome cover but I hit something. Typical insurance. Upon calling they tell me my policy can't be canceled at anytime. Go figure. Terrible company and very sad Formula Boats are associated with them.

We were given this warranty insurance with our home. We used it once after 4 years in the house. Every time we responded to an email concerning more information needed, we tried to comply. But... there was always more needed. You win!! Would NEVER recommend to ANYONE

My slide out broke and that's why it hooked the floor and broke it. They say it doesn't cover the floor, only the slide out. but the floor was damaged because the slide out damaged it. Only a good insurance company can use common sense and repair the damage caused by electronic malfunctions. but this company of course not. please don't use it.

If I could give. -1,000,000 star review , I would. This company is absolutely HORRIBLE. They should be ashamed to even call themselves A warranty company. It appears they deny more claims than what they pay. They prey on taking consumers money but will not pay when a claim is filed. I will also be filing a complaint with the dealership that sold the extended warranty and advise them what a terrible company that they attempt to do business with.
