I recently purchased a home and needed homeowners insurance. The Jason Herman Agency has a great reputation in the area so I contacted them. I worked with Tonya Shook who was wonderful. She explained everything in detail and asked me a series a questions to better understand my coverage needs. I was so impressed that I also switched over my auto insurance. They do a excellent job at finding great insurance coverage at reasonable prices. They also look out for you when renewals come up. I just had a renewal of a business owner's policy where the insurance company was jumping the rates for no reason at all. Cayla emailed me that she had seen how much the rate increased, and got me set up with other more reasonable quotes with the same coverage. They are always looking out for the customer. The staff is amazing! I want to personally give a huge Thank You to Andrea Draughan and Andy Cote. The great service and professionalism these two show me on a constant basis is immaculate. I can email Andrea and in minutes I get an answer. I moved to SC 8 years ago, but there was never a question of moving to a different insurance company. These people are a part of our family and we are so appreciative of everything they do for us.
