My son totaled his truck in a not at fault accident with an uninsured motorist who was arrested at the scene. Fortunately, he and his wife were not mortally injured. The call centers were not helpful for three months, but as soon as I contacted Juliette Good personally she took care of everything within 24 hours. Stopped in Juliet Goods State Farm today to add a vehicle to my account. Juliet and the staff are always very helpful and courteous like a hometown agency should be. I have had a spectacular experience with Juliet Good and her entire team and would recommend them to everyone. I met the team over 5 years ago at a Catawba Valley Pride event and the rest has been history. At that time, I was a single guy shopping around for the best auto insurance rate. This State Farm team has been by my side since, assisting me with adding my husband and his car to my policy, adding and removing multiple cars, multiple renter’s insurance policies, life insurance discussions and most recently homeowners insurance!
