Catawba River insurance group of hickory has been the only place I've ever had insurance. Everyone in the office are very nice and willing to help me. One person in particular I like to talk to is Brittany Craig. Anytime I have any questions I can walk in or call and ask to speak with her and she's always had the answer to my questions and she's always been able to help me make any changes to my policy. I have been pleased with the company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.

They were amazing when I first signed up with Rick 17 years ago , but I am switching this year due to the lack of customer service at the office, (no points or claims in 17yrs) just another issue of a company outgrowing it's customers. Best of luck.
