I will be using Barnette Tax Services from now on! Complete 180 experience from when I used HR Block (in person) last year. Sharon at Barnette Tax Services was awesome! She answered all my questions and helped set me up with quarterly payments for some extra contract work I do on the side. I thought that part would be difficult and confusing but no -- she made it super simple for me! FAIR and AFFORDABLE price for tax prep. So happy I went here and ditched the other guys.

Lady got mad I didn’t want to file with them because their return amount was super low, charged $110 behind my back and never filed my taxes. Advertised as Free quote, pay if she files. She never filed but charged me $110 months after my taxes were done via TurboTax. Then said my wife and I were bad at communicating, and said she wasn’t filing or giving me a refund.
