I walked in, spoke with the receptionist, and explained what I needed. After hearing, she told me there would be a $500 upfront charge for specific service that I needed. I said ‘okay’. She took my contact information to send me the intake forms and again told me there would be a $500 upfront charge…I’m guessing she thought I didn’t hear her the first time but I again said ‘okay’. I’ve not received any information from this company. Maybe I looked like I didn’t have $500? Who knows…. The other comment about customer service may have some merit.
