This is the worst Tax service ever. It took me a whole 6 months to get my money from them. I called them everyday and visit the place no one was ever there. But y’all stay next to the business place tho. Sad Af they need to better for real

This was one of the worst tax experiences we have ever encountered. Absolutely nothing was done on time, if it was done at all....Tons of emails were sent back and forth and when we called to inquire, they had "never been received," it has been over a year and we are fighting the same battle that they were supposed to have handled last year.......Not an office that can handle any type of issues (past or present) if you happen to run into any....basic taxes, ok I suppose, complex taxes, run for the hills and find someone else. I guess them being friendly counts for something though....
Edit to update the tax saga continues! here we are in 2023 and still fighting the 2019 catastrophe due to our 2019 AR taxes not being filed. Since Sept. 7th of this year, we have attempted to obtain a copy of our past tax return to no avail. Emails still go unanswered, phone calls are very seldom answered, and text messages are ignored.
