cancelled my appointment last-minute.
twice.

then told me to just drop my stuff off and they'll take care of it, like there wasnt a reason i had scheduled an appointment instead of doing that to begin with.

ive lost critical time now and have to try to schedule with a different CPA during peak tax season. extremely unprofessional.

edit to address the owner response: super unfortunate that the CPA got sick within 2-3 hours of both of my appointment times which were over a week apart. i was also told that i would receive a call back from someone else in the office by the end of the week regarding my questions. did she get sick too? because i never received the call. 3 times is a trend.
