I have been a patron of this credit union for over a decade and am mostly happy with the service. I have a savings account here and have done multiple vehicle loans with them. The service is usually quick and I like that my last loan was all done nearly completely online except when I finally had to pick up the check. The online tellers are also great and pretty quick to answer questions. I've had some tellers that were less than friendly and I wish they had more locations but overall my experience has been positive.

This credit union has the worst customer service I have ever seen at a financial institution. I work at a bank and if someone treated a customer how I was treated today, they would be fired by the end of the day. They never say “hi, how are you” or “have a nice day” but if you send the tube in first they will make you wait about 5 minutes before they will address you. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else that will actually take care of your banking needs.

Was placed on hold, then hung up on. Was calling to get statements printed out for my account. i am locked out of my online banking. I had my sick 16mo old with me so I didn’t want to go in. Two hours later I tried to call again, no answer. When I entered the building, there were two other customers in the bank being helped. When it was my turn I asked about my statements and was told it’s $3 a month for a statement. I asked if I can I do quarterly statements then, and was told they don’t know. I asked if I could pick these up today because regardless I had to have them. Was told to come back tomorrow because it would take too long to print today. Today was my only day off this week, but after the rudeness of the associate helping me, I wanted nothing to do with this branch anyway. I contacted Paragould and talked to Jalise who helped me with resetting my password on my online account and walked me through how to do statements. No wonder Jonesboro has a 2.0 star rating and Paragould has almost 5. Somewhere along the line, Jonesboro forgot the number 1 rule, customer service.

Success Credit Union has the best rates for loans, christmas clubs, etc.
BUT the people that work the front desk are the worst, very rude. Hard to talk to or deal with. They definitely need to work on just being nice and respectful.
Sandra Fergerson that works at the Jonesboro location in loans is the absolute best! Loan questions or non-loan questions, I go to her and only her. Thank you Sandra for treating people nice and respectfully, it's truly appreciated!

Giving one star because zero isn’t allowed, very generous of google to this garbage institution. At first it seems great, a good way to build credit. That’s where it ends. Build credit and pull your money asa if you absolutely must. Went to close my account because as I don’t bank with them I forgot that I had the account. The rude, argumentative teller tried to explain to me that since my account was dormant that gave them the right to take what I put in the savings account required for membership. Also tried to say that my changes of address are the reason I didn’t get the opportunity to keep my account from going dormant. I’ve NEVER moved without leaving a forwarding address. In fact, I pay extra to extend forwarding services. I am more than able to prove this. I’ve been at my current residence 2 years and still have the forwarding address on file wihich tells me the claimed paperwork was never sent. Ignoring that, they clearly have my email address, as I’m bombarded by ‘opportunities to purchase life insurance’ so why is it this information couldn’t be sent via snail mail, AND email. Financial institutions have policies that allow them to commit legal theft, so long as they make every effort to contact the individual. I received no mail, phone cal, txt, voicemail, or email. I’d recommend using ANY OTHER MEANS POSSIBLE to build your credit back up. All this is on top of their lack of returning phone calls, setting appointments, or having the most basic customer service and level of politeness. If I ran my business like this, it never would have gotten off the ground. Small wonder the ownership changes every so many years.
