We cannot recommend Karla enough! Moving from Florida to South Carolina seemed overwhelming, but Karla made it a smooth process.From the beginning , she was there for us every step of the way, until we found the perfect home. When we couldn’t be in town, Karla was on-site for inspections, taking care of all the details we would have otherwise missed. She handled everything with such professionalism and attention to detail.
Karla was always available to answer our questions, no matter how big or small: We truly felt like she had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. At closing, she surprised us with a sweet card, delicious homemade bread, and a thoughtful gift card for our new home! If you’re moving to the Greenville area, we wholeheartedly recommend Karla. Working with Karla was an amazing experience. We were referred by our good friend who was also thrilled with Karla's knowledge and expertise as a realtor. Karla did an excellent job marketing our home and communicating with us at each step. After we moved into our new home 3 hours away, a buried pipe leaked at the house we were selling. Karla immediately informed us of the problem and made an excellent recommendation of a 24-hour emergency vendor to make the repair. Karla did a great job coordinating with contractors for the items I didn’t have time to complete myself. Some of these were time sensitive between inspection and closing. Our buyer had a VA loan and they have a reputation of being difficult. Karla did an excellent job navigating us through the process and closing took place ahead of schedule and without any issues. In addition to our recommendation of Karla as an agent, we recommend not overlooking VA loans when selling your property. The VA looks after our military veterans and the requirements are reasonable for making a home ready for any buyer.

Her negotiating skills in the purchase of our new home were also stellar, and we are now the proud owners of a great home in our dream neighborhood. Karla also helped ease the burden of selling and purchasing by taking the lead on securing necessary inspections and contractors, making life so much easier for our busy family. Would highly recommend Karla to anyone looking to buy or sell. She was kind, efficient, prompt, thorough, and has superb customer service! We had a buyer with pretty outrageous demands and Karla was able to negotiate to our satisfaction and fairly. She listed our home and we were under contract within 2 days. We were relocating out of state and Karla made the whole process seamless, kept us in the loop the entire time, and went above and beyond. We contacted Karla to help with a possible move to SC from NYS. She was fantastic through the entire process! She walked me through each step, in addition, to putting me in contact with a local mortgage broker who was also fantastic. We placed an offer on a house that unfortunately wasn't accepted due to the other offer being cash. As things happen for a reason, our circumstances changed & a move at this time is not in our immediate future. I cannot thank Karla enough for her knowledge, patience, & professionalism. I will not hesitate to contact her again when our circumstances change!!
