Virginia exceeded every expectation as my buyer's agent! As a first-time home buyer, I was extremely overwhelmed by the home buying process so I was especially thankful for a knowledgeable agent who had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process. Virginia negotiated vigorously to ensure that I got my "dream home" for a fair price. My wife and I are so thankful that we had Virginia representing us as our real estate agent during our most recent purchase. She and her team (Sandy Farrey) are the best! We were new to the area when we started our search. We are also very picky and wanted to find that near perfect home. Virginia couldn’t have been more patient with us as she showed us house after house. She knows the market and the area very well and provided valuable input about the reasonability of the list price of each home as well as specific information about the neighborhood.

I think a part of the home buying experience with Virginia that should not go overlooked is her help with contract negotiations and all things leading up to the closing. She knows the contracts and markets very well and fought very hard for us during the negotiating process. She has great contacts for inspectors and repairmen and always had the right people out very promptly to help with repair estimates for items found in the inspection. Not only that, but she handled all the communication and setting up of appointments which made our lives super easy! This was very different than our prior experiences with other realtors when we had to setup appointments and meet contractors at the house ourselves.

Having Virginia represent us during our next buying/selling process is a no brainer!
