We recently bought a property in Bangalore and had a very good experience with the company representative Mr. Gangadhar Gowda who supported us professionally for the property price negotiations, coordinating with the seller to get the required documents for legal valuation, bank loans etc. At one point the bank lawyer insisted on a particular khata document which was not available with the sellers. Mr. Gangadhar very quickly arranged to get the document from the panchayat office within two days. Right from preparing the sale agreement document and the final sale deed document, we had a very stress-free experience in our property purchase. Kudos to the team!
