This is a fraud company. I bought my 3 bhk through them. It took them more than 10 months to complete half of the work and rest of the work is still pending. The owners, Mr Pathak and Swastika are not trust worthy. Still regretting the decision to hire them. Would request all future buyers to stay away from these people. They will just take your money and then stop responding. Please don’t trust them. Its a big fraud company .

Give a enough thought before buying property from this consultancy. Also verify if anybody from this consultancy is in the site before booking. Recently booked flat through this reality agents named Ashton and Sagar with the condition of cashback amount as reward. I have the mail copy for the commitment. They played various games from 4 months. Now I'm not getting any email replies or they don't pick up the phone. Guys anybody goes into this trap Be careful. Also they send email without informing their management for your shake of satisfaction. In the end you are the sufferer.
