We worked with Sarah as a buyer’s agent and she is just amazing. Her love of and knowledge of the Boone, Blowing Rock area is unsurpassed by anyone else. She helped us find and purchase our dream mountain home and her attention to detail is so impressive. We lived out of state and she setup appointments and met all of the inspectors at the property and advised us on all items needed to get to the closing table. We did of course and I would absolutely be remiss if I did not share our experience of working with a total professional Realtor. The service provided by Sarah Long of 828 Real Estate could not have been better. After our initial contact, we discovered that our dwelling wouldn't be ready for sale for another five months. Throughout this period, Sarah was patient and communicative, keeping us informed with relevant updates and always quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Sarah helped us out by recommending local service providers, many of whom we ended up using for our project. When a house cleaner fell through, Sarah volunteered to clean the unit herself. This unexpected but much-appreciated gesture allowed us to meet a crucial timeframe, preventing any delays in listing our property.

The listing Sarah created attracted the first showing within an hour of going online, then more showings, and not long after we received multiple offers. Within the first 24 hours, we accepted an offer that was over the full asking price and met our needs. Patricia always went beyond just being a realtor. She made sure I didn't jump into a frying pan. I now have a great place to call home. For the house I purchased, I woke up with a bad cold and couldn't make the appt. She went without me and here I am. A great fit. While I was working, she went to all appointments with inspectors, collected water, I didn't worry about anything. And I am in a remote area, so the drive is a bit long.
