Absolutely hands down worse insurance agency ever. Complete rip off on home and car insurance. They legit charged us for insurance on my new car with a 30 day tag that was not even covered through them because they attempted to charge us $1400.00 every 6 months with a clean driving record and multiple vechile for legit collision that they attemtped to add unnecessary coverage to my policy that the insurance and dealership discussed but never one time spoke to me the policy holder or anyone else on the policy and when I realized I was being ripped off I switched insurance for all our vechiles and home . So there for this agency got mad and refuses to refund the money for the 6 month we have paid for back to us from August through January of this coming year on four vechiles we dropped because they claim they have a penalty for going to a different insurance that gave us a better deal and is three times cheaper than the prices they charge. Save yourself the hassle I would not do business with this agency at all. We are out a $1000.00 due to this insurance ripping us off in vechile insurance and $1500.00 in home owners insurances. We where loyal customers for years and it is very obvious they are all about the money and not helping or being loyal to their customers at all. This business has proven to scam people for their money.
