I have to disagree with you. I am not sure what is going on with your claim, but my husband and I were with them for well over 10 years and had great service. We had claims with no problem at all. Always courteous and would even call to remind me if I had forgot to pay my bill to avoid insurance being cancelled. The only reason we left is my husband was getting a huge discount with another company through his employer. If for any reason that should stop, we would be right back with Cox Insurance.

I witnessed terrible customer service here. There is an attitude of 'we are doing you a favor'. Completely ungrateful for our business. I would never buy insurance with these people. There are much better local agents in Gastonia that work with the same insurance options, Direct General, Superior, etc. Don't settle for this joke of an agency. Your money and business should go where they are appreciated.

They submitted my insurance information date wrong and cost me a fine from the DMV. I can't count how time GMAC weaseled their way out of paying my claims. They also wanted to raise my rate because I used my towing insurance. I highly recommend that you use another insurance company.
