Family owned, one of the best women I've ever met. Highly suggested, for the best result when it comes to the right income tax results. Unbelievable how many deductions I actually received credit for, and result of the best outcome received. Not only did I receive more than expected but also I received one of the best life long friends.

I can’t emphasize enough how great Joanne is! This is the place to go for your tax needs. Everywhere else in Gaston County was quoting me insanely high prices for tax filing, while Joanne was incredibly fair in her pricing. She truly cares about her customers. I came in totally clueless and overwhelmed with my tax situation and I left here informed, with it all handled beautifully, and came out way better than I was expecting! Such a huge weight taken off my shoulders. Don’t bother looking anywhere else, this is the place you want to go.

We have been their customers prob 30 yrs Now. At least close to it if not more. They're very friendly, and they know what they're doing. People have tried to get us to go somewhere else but to me..if it's NOT broke..DON'T FIX IT!!!
