I live part year in NC and part year in Florida so it was a little complicated. But Jennifer went above and beyond to help me with insurance application while I was at the dealer. Let me just say I disagree with the 5 star ratings. I started a policy in August roughly on an older vehicle that ended up with a transmission issue. So the first of September last year I bought another used car. I called from the salespersons office to have insurance transferred to the newer vehicle. I waited 3 days and because I needed the proof of insurance digitally submitted I requested a copy of the policy showing the new vehicle and was told underwriting was behind they could call the office for proof of insurance. Needless to say the company I was going to work for didn't go for that. I waited a week and called and the office said same thing and again said someone could call for proof. In the end I switched companies. Why? I lost a job offer they never showed they covered the purchase vehicle to Raleigh even though I had insurance migrated from the old vehicle. All because at the time of purchase they didn't tell me that the insurance went up almost double for a not much newer vehicle. So when it was time to pay them the next month on the vehicle they have told Raleigh they never insured even though the policy was paid and the business I bought the newer vehicle had been told that the new vehicle was cover, I said no thanks. You lied saying underwriting was backed up almost three weeks and would not provide me proof of insurance via email or other wise... Policy holders beware when changing vehicles with this office.

This team is just so much help, honestly they are the best from the in office team to the claims department and any other department I’ve spoken with under State Farm.
