Allstate in general as a whole is amazing!! I love and believe in their product 100%.

This agency specifically I do not like at all. The owner chose to impose on my personal life as well as my marriage which is beyond the code of ethics as an owner of such a great company. I asked repeatedly for the owner to refrain from imposing, to which she refused. I strongly recommend a different agency to anyone who are in contact with this specific agency.

I also don’t like that when I called Allstate corporate to make them aware of the situation, they seemed to not care and “brush it under the rug”.

Had so many issues with my last few insurance companies. But here, they have been amazing. Never getting my information wrong, no mishaps that can be detrimental and alway so friendly. Even made it easy for my daughter as a fist timer. And o matter what, everything is done in such a timely manner and I'm so thankful for that.
