I have been with them for my auto insurance for 2+ years and they have been nothing but wonderful. I have worked closely with Lance on my renewal for this year and he went above and beyond! I'm getting $1200 in savings this year! With a better policy and lower deductible. Im so excited and it's all thanks to this team. Errol offered to provide a quote for comparison to my existing auto insurance to see if I could secure a savings in the premium payment. And boy, did he do a great job! I am now paying less premium for a better auto policy for the YEAR than I was paying for six months!!!

Errol was very courteous and attentive to my needs as a consumer. I recently purchased a new car and was shocked at what my insurance agent quoted me for rates. I had been with this company for many years, and my agent is a family friend, so I honestly thought he was taking good care of me and giving me the best rates possible. Lance was able to quote me the same coverage for a lot less money. I am going to save well over $100 a month on the policy he set up for me. I am very happy! I spoke with Lance Noyes about getting new coverage because my current company was over priced. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was highly satisfied with the customer service he provided me. I had to drop my comprehensive coverage and it made me uncomfortable driving around without full coverage.
