They are incompetent people with no foresight! They DO NOT know their job to the fullest! My agent couldn't Debra Mackey! Couldn't even help me fill out a simple business audit! All she could do is say huh? And I don't know!

Man! these people are the best. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I met them. Julia and her team helped me get my Workman's comp insurance so quickly and easily and worked hard to get me the best rate possible for my company SilverFox Limos. They knew what questions to ask and didn't go through any unnecessary paperwork unless needed. I can't thank them enough for walking me through the process. I will be looking to have them handle more of my insurance needs.

My parents used Watson Insurance Agency many years for their insurance needs. I can honestly say that through the years and, especially as they got older, Watson was there for them. The agents are responsive and patient. When it came time to sell Mother's home, Savannah Shelton was very helpful and kind. I felt she is an excellent example of the way that Watson serves its clients.

I have been with them since 1979. Every time I go in the main office, I'm treated as if I was a millionaire! Have had several claims over the years and was well taken care of.
