Whenever I need anything ranging from a copy of paperwork, to hand holding me through claims, they are there with expert knowledge and compassion. Kaitlynn Tatum is my account representative currently and she's responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. She has helped me in countless ways over the past few years and is truly a joy to work with. What's more, when I had a tenant in my rental property call me to tell me my house had caught fire a couple years ago, I was in a state of panic. I was out of town for business and had no idea what to do so I called the local office and left a voice mail. That night, the owner of the company called me personally and worked with me through the night to ensure all issues were addressed. Sure, I could go shop insurance on the web and get the coverage I need but there is no way that I'll ever get the personal attention, expertise, and support that I get from the team at Fogle. Kaitlynn is the most helpful and kind agent I have ever dealt with. She is not only honest and up front with everything.
