I've been a happy MHVFCU member (customer) for well over a decade. Recently I was having some issues processing a payment to a service provider & was getting nowhere figuring things out on the phone. I went into the main branch with my laptop & sat with Dan DeAngelis in his office & we got everything straightened out & set up so there wouldn't be problems going forward. I've had mortgages from MHVFCU, home equity credit lines, & a Visa card. Really a great institution. So nice to avoid the big corporate banks who do NOT have our best interests at heart. Also! MHVFCU has Coinstar machines & fantastic coffee stations for members! The small things do matter. Such a good bank.

They automatically rollover your CD without notifying you in advance. Putting it in the lowest interest earning CD available, all without notifying the customer in the time frame which would allow the customer to make their own decision on the rollover.
I feel like they ripped me off, a senior citizen, with a limited income.
