Angie is amazing (who helped me find this amazing one bedroom one bath apartment), and I’m in the process of moving into The Reserve now! I love the open concept, all the windows that let in lots of natural light, And how spacious the apartment is. I also love the fact that there are lots of sidewalks, and it is walkable to a number of places to eat, and even the local grocery store. I am excited to be here!

Really nice property. Lots of new restaurants popping up close by and new construction at the end of Solomon drive. A park for kids would be nice instead of two dog parks. Kids really don't have anywhere to play. Maintenance is awesome..they come right away

Lived here for a year before relocating for work. Angie and the leasing staff were absolutely helpful during my entire stay.

The apartment was in great shape and was a quiet place to live. If work brings me back to Kernersville, I am coming to look here again.

I've have been living here for almost a year and it is the best place I have ever lived. it's quite the neighbors are friendly there is no noise or loud music. the maintenance is on top of everything.the landscaping is beautiful the staff in the office treats you like family I'd recommend this place to anyone that has a large family or if your just single. and the main thing is I feel safe there. if I could give them a 10 star I would . great environment. You will be very happy and pleased. I know I am .and you never hear any arguments or fighting there. everybody minds there own business and no drama. And that's worth alot by it's self. So come on in and join our family.

Living here has been a nightmare (other than the nice layout of the one bedroom I moved into.). From paper thin walls, ladybug infestation, to getting my car STOLEN (I have only been living here for one month) Just for the office staff not to care, act sketchy, hide surveillance footage from me, and not make an announcement to the residents regarding this matter. Instead, office staff is sending out memos and posting flyers reminding residents to clean up dog poop.
We should have the right to know what’s going on in the neighborhood, if our safety is in jeopardy. The office staff is well aware of the crime rate, given the details they shared with me about the surrounding area after my car had been stolen. There have been countless car break ins, thefts, individuals have reported having a gun pointed at them, among many other things. There is a courtesy officer who lives here but he works third shift so he is not here when these crimes are being committed. Not to mention he is associated with Guilford County despite the fact that this neighborhood is in Forsyth county. The staff has not made any changes to better support its residents i.e adding cameras to the property, or having security patrol the area. I tried to reach corporate to express my concerns as this office clearly does not care, but there isn’t a number listed to contact corporate, only an email address. This place is a joke. If safety is an important value to you I highly recommend you do NOT move here and if you do be extremely aware of your surroundings.

My rent in a two bedroom started at 1200. It moved to $1359. It then moved to $1549. It is not a luxury apartment and I new that when I moved in. It’s a nice apartment. All carpet, black appliances, an ice tray that I used in college. It was misleading to me as far as the rent goes. I just want others to be aware and not blindsided.
