In order to help others make the good decision not to use this company, I am writing this review. My time with this company was one hundred percent unsatisfactory. Communication was almost non-existent. The owner could not be bothered to answer questions before weeks had passed, if ever, or give an account of the money spent on repairs that were not authorised by me, per our contract. Record keeping seems to be an afterthought, and even now I don't have any records of money deducted for repairs since November. It was supposed to happen every month. My renter's check bounced and she failed to contact me. Then when I had a friend to call her to find out why I had paid two mortgage payments with no word about rent that had not come, she said she had emailed me to tell me what happened, but would try sending from another email address. I never received that email either. Strange. Now, our contract is over, as I cancelled it, and all the rental documents from my renter that were supposed to be mailed more than two weeks ago, have still not arrived. I have been told by my renter that the owner failed to communicate in a timely manner with them as well. These are just some good examples of the way this company operates, but not the whole picture. Ultimately, in my opinion, good business practice is fairly universal, so if you want a positive and effective relationship with your property manager, go elsewhere.

Jennic Property Solutions are unprofessional, dishonest, unorganized, and slow to respond. They seem to lack a basic understanding of Real Estate laws, and practices. I wouldn’t trust them with my home, and I wouldn’t recommend any of their rental properties.

Thank you for proving my point in an open forum. Out of the list of damages you claim we’re responsible for, only one was caused by our dog. We discussed this particular damage with you during our in person move out walk thorough and agreed to pay for it. You said at the time it would be a few hundred dollars, our deposit was $1600. You’re claiming all of it.
Most of the other “damage” you claim we caused is related to paint., marks on walls, ceilings, and a great number of things that were present when we moved in. You failed to cross reference your list with our move in documents that clearly show these things were present when we moved in. You failed to provide an itemized list of damages within 30 days of move out. You still haven’t provided an itemized list. You failed to mention any of the other damages in person during our exit walk though, you failed to provide a single estimate or receipt for the damages you claim. You failed to send us a termination of lease in writing when the owners wanted to move back. You failed to provide a firm move out date.
If you are as you say “aware of Real Estate laws and practices “ then you are clearly failing to abide by that knowledge.
Even if you had returned our deposit I would have given the same review. The home was in poor condition when we moved in, and you knew it, yet getting anything fixed or just getting a response to simple requests was close to impossible. Communication throughout was awful. You spoke poorly about the home owners to us, while acting in no one’s best interest but your own. Very unprofessional behavior throughout our three years trying to work with you.

If you’re looking to rent a home from Jennic Property Solutions, Jennifer Foose is one of the best to talk to due to her amazing job of helping our family with a home. She’s very cooperative and understanding. She answers calls and emails effectively and quickly. 100% Recommend renting a home from this company

As a renter I could not have asked for a better property manager than Sharon Dawson at Jennic or a better owner than Donny Root. They were both very responsive to any issues with the house. And in almost 3 years, I only had 2 minor problems. I highly recommend them and will definitely use both of them again should I return to the Kernersville area.
