Outstanding agent that goes above and beyond expectations. She relays information and suggests improvements for a maximum return on the sale of our home in a timely and professional manner. She's very knowledgeable of the current laws and relates to such in a timely manner. She also can refer expert professionals to implement improvements that are needed to maximize your return. I feel anyone who retains her services will be more than satisfied! She's very personable and caring to your needs without being pushy on things that need to be done. Her recommendations were spot on and as we had already moved 230 miles away, she took care of everything we needed, even helping with the staging of the home. Kim Adams was fantastic all around! We used Kim a few years ago to sale our home and just recently used her as our buying agent. She is very detailed oriented and passionate about her job. We had a meeting with her in the very beginning of our search and told her what we wanted and the financial limits we were restricted to. We looked at several homes and submitted an offer on a couple. During our search Kim kept us in the parameters we had set for ourselves of what we wanted and held us to it which is what we needed. Pam was excellent from start to finish. As a first time home buyer I was skeptical about the market. Other agents were not receptive of my concerns or generally not that responsive. My first conversation with Pam was warm and engaging. She listened to my concerns and what I wanted in a home. Pam was very responsive and on point during my home search. I remember after telling her what I wanted in a home her telling me that's what we're going to get. Pam went above and beyond throughout the process answering questions and finding answers for questions. When all was said and done I ended up getting a new construction home with everything that I wanted and more that was in my budget. I can honestly say that suggestions she made, the effort she put forth, and encouragement at the right time was monumental in the awesome feeling of purchasing my first home. I decided to sell my home late in the year of 2020. I was unexpectedly widowed and realized that the house was way too large and would run into more and more problems as the years went on.
