Very friendly. Worked to get my maximum refund. Plus, the price was much better than most other agencies. I’m not bilingual but they are. Very good experience.

They were nice and were able to take me in without an appointment. The lady who did my taxes was very nice. The only thing I have to say is they did charge me 150$ for just one W-2 and no dependents/single that only took 10 mins max. That hurt my soul. 😭 I don’t know if that’s the normal rate but damn. Would I come back? No only if there’s nobody else that can do them. 😭 my pockets

Terrible place to get your taxes done, never have I had such poor tax services. If you haven’t received your taxes after going to these people and inquire about it, they will go above and beyond to duck and dodge your calls. If “no stars” was a rating that’s what these people would receive, 1 star is too generous!!!

I do NOT recommend his services. The office staff are not primed to work in my opinion with the general public. They do not speak the English language properly and their phone skills are rotten. They are rude and insensitive and disrespectful and are probably uneducated. I cannot remember ever treating clients the way I was treated today. Remember tax preparers are a "dime a dozen".
