Long Insurance is the best we have had great to work with! We have our company insurance thru Long Insurance Wayne and Monte is on top of everything if there is something that comes up that we are not aware of they call us to let us know whats going on we are not left in the dark like the other company we had! they look for ever way to see the most affordable and possible way of doing things to save our company money and on top of all that they call to check and see how we are doing I feel like they are not just our insurance company but friends if not almost part of there Family Thanks Wayne and to Monte for helping us get away from the other company and there very high prices also for calling checking up and staying in touch with us! Horrible experience, company had an agent that left the company and didn’t complete my cancellation. A month later I called Sharon Chambers and she was extremely rude, never apologized for the over sight. Her tone was extremely offensive, I felt discriminated against and will never recommend this company. I Was told by several people to stay away because of this tone but the initial agent was so nice I guess that’s why she’s not there anymore. Shame on you Sharon it’s 2022.
