Unfortunately I do not believe those 5 stars. I have friends who are willing to pay and put on good streaks even if it is not like that. I do not see this bank as a trustworthy bank or one that helps you at the exact time that you call to solve a problem and someone answers you, you have to chat with someone or leave an email so that when they want they answer you. They called me after 3 weeks and when I went to the branch, the brunette who attended me with a bad face and arrogance, I ended up leaving the place and I could not solve my problem. I call this arrogance and bad service. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. DO NOT BELIEVE THOSE 5 STARS. POOR OLDER PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE A CHAT OR SEND AN EMAIL WOULD HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE BRANCH TO DO THEIR DILIGENCE AT THAT BANK.

Being a customer for 10+plus years, I would like to share my wonderful experience I’ve had with this branch and two employees.
Mr. Chris, an awesome associate, whom goes above and beyond to help in anyway he can. I can call, text or email him before and after hours and he would respond within minutes. He has been a delight in helping with all my accounts. He has also assist my family members as well.
Ms. Jasmine, another wonderful associate. I love walking into a facility where you feel welcome. Jasmine always greets with a smile. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate these two associates. They are a great asset to this company.

I had an issue with this local branch so I reached out to the corporate customer service email listed in a few of the responses below at least 2 times and no one responded to me. I am admittedly more aware of the inherent risk that smaller banks like this present in todays environment...that, with a lack of any customer support is definitely going to drive me away from this bank. PS. Beware of the 4% checking they are aggressively marketing. Long and short if you don't follow the rules perfectly you won't receive the interest we all are hoping for. The rep who I opened the acct with did a sub-par job explaining that to me when I opened the acct...which is the reason I was reaching out to corporate, but they have also went M.I.A with no responses to my emails. This whole place doesn't feel right or safe, now add no customer service. No tks.

Update: after many months, the local manager ended up being quite helpful and has helped me work through some unfortunate things in the loan dept. I appreciate his help and am finding a bit more consistency at the branch.

I had hoped that the smaller bank would have proved to be a little less unhuman...nope. same game. I will continue my search and hopefully find a place that values my money and me as a client. It's not just this branch,it's the whole organization. I could list the laundry list, but in an effort to not suffer any more ptsd I will just say 'stay away'.

I’ve banked with Heritage Trust FCU Aka Rev Cu for over 20 years. Great customer service and low auto loan rates. The branches are helpful and friendly. I only have two complaints. The 800 number takes too many prompts to get a live person. Also, I disputed a debit card transaction because my wife’s card was stolen. Small amount but surprised the bank didn’t provide a credit during the dispute. If the amount had been larger than potentially major issues. Overall, nice credit union With the exception of my two complaints.
