Ragland Realty is the real deal. I’ve been living on one of their properties for 3 years and they are incredibly responsive and kind. Myria has always responded to issues we’ve had in a timely and professional manner. The maintenance technicians are great and issues are always resolved ASAP!

Terrible management company. I have lived in the Halifax for a year and a half, and ever since the beginning, getting in contact with management was a chore, and eventually became downright impossible. There was no way to get ahold of anybody in an emergency, nobody ever picked up the phone, and they even outright turned off their management line, as it always went straight to voicemail no matter when you called. For the last few months, their phone number hasn't even been working at all. Terribly rude leasing office and management team, the only good thing about this company is their maintenance crew. Not worth living in any property they manage, whatsoever.

I had a fantastic experience with Ragland. A business has it's biggest opportunity to act with integrity when the unexpected arises. When my unit had an issue, Myria and management worked quickly to absolve me of my lease and offer me alternate solutions. I highly recommend them.

Disappointed that after multiple asks from the property management to refund my security deposit after moving out of their property The Halifax - they haven’t. I gave my new forwarding address in my Notice of Intent to Vacate before moving out and even several times after I had moved out. It’s been over 2 months since I left the property.

Initially they said it was sent to a completely different address which is why it was delayed. I’m not sure how they got that address though since I never even heard of it. They then confirmed my amount to be reimbursed, got my correct new address and it’s been a month now without any check in the mail. Beyond fed up and plan to take action. Figured other people should know and watch out as well. Very unprofessional from what was a great experience up to this point.

This review is specifically about Mr. Jess Hamill. Mr. Hamill has been extremely helpful to our family the last couple of weeks! There was a maintenance issue with our shower, and Mr. Hamil personally made the trip from Austin to Killeen, helped scout contractors on short notice and stayed with the repair company until it was complete. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated this. It was difficult to have someone scheduled, as I work rotating shifts. Mr. Hamill went above and beyond any expections I had!!
I also have to give another Super Brag about Mr. Hamill. He personally assisted us in transferring to a larger home within the company. In all my years as a renter, as well as someone who has worked in Property Management, I have never experienced anything like it! We are over the moon to say the least. My family and I are looking forward to a long-lasting relationship with Ragland Realty, as well as, Mr. Hamill. Thank you again!!
