Kelsey is amazing! Best realtor I have ever used. I found an ad for an apartment that my boyfriend and I liked. I emailed her about the apartment and she responded almost immediately. We jumped on a phone call and she gave me some other properties in our price range and in the area we were looking for! And the added bonus: Kelsey and I are neighbors. If you're a renter like me and absolutely dread hunting for a new place, you need to contact Kelsey Bates *immediately*.

You might be asking: "why do I need a realtor if I'm renting?" To which I respond: it costs you nothing and you get an incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable partner with very deep local knowledge. It's kind of a big deal, especially if you're coming in from out of town. And I'm not sure how she does it but she'll give your unique situation the full undivided attention it deserves.

All in all, Kelsey has made the process painless and dare I say fun. When it comes time to buy a home, she'll be the one I call.
