My husband and I met Craig through our business insurance company. He was highly recommended. He is genuine, knowledgeable and efficient. Most important is when we have any questions, he is always just one phone call( or one text)away. He will always look at our needs and choose the best insurance plan for us. I met Craig when he was advising a friend of mine. I asked him if he could help my mom when she came to visit me. He said he was more than happy to. While my mom was here visiting me I made an appointment with Craig. He sat down and reviewed what my mom currently had. He was able to get my mom on a plan that gave her more coverage AND saved her $323 a month! Medicare can be very confusing, but Craig was very kind and explained everything so my mom could understand. I was very impressed with his knowledge, but moreover I was even more impressed with the care and compassion he gave to my mom. If I could give 10 stars I would! I highly recommend Craig and TBG!

Craig is a professional. I value doing business that is relationship based. He is very knowledgeable & responsive to questions or resolving an issue.
