Cameron went above and beyond in helping us with a 1031 exchange -- selling an investment property near Raleigh and helping us replace it with an investment beach property in Corolla. If you looking to buy or sell, Cameron is who you want on the Outer Banks. She helped us buy and three years later sell, and she was great both times. She's is super quick to respond, communicates clearly, always makes herself available, and is not afraid to be honest, especially when you need it the most. We asked if she would fly to Texas to help us buy again, and we we were only half joking.

What an Incredible Realtor Cameron is. We were looking to purchase a 2nd Beach Rental property in The OBX and a friend recommended Cameron to us and we are very pleased with our decision to utilize her services. For almost a year we looked at quite a few properties and some of them were last minute selections. Cameron never let us down. She was always on-time, informed and gave us wonderful insight to all the homes we viewed. When we finally found what we were looking for, she was patient and walked us through the entire process and we waited. In the end we were outbid on the property. Gutted with the experience, Cameron kept us focused and level headed as we started our search all over again. Sooner after the let down, we were back in the game and instead of a Sound Front home, we found a dreamy Beach Front. Of course we ended up in a bid situation, but experience prevailed and we Absolutely could not be happier with the purchase. It's doubtful we would have made it through all that without the Guidance and Experience of Cameron. We will definitely use her again and hope that you will as well!! Thanks Cameron, you're Awesome.

Cameron had been my realtor for over two years while I searched the area for a vacation home. She made sure she understood the type of home I was looking for and graciously went out of her way to check out listings and sometimes even communicated via FaceTime since I don’t live in the area. Cameron made the process of looking easy as she ruled out those homes that she knew would not meet my expectations. She was extremely patient and never pressured me to hurry up and make a decision. Once we found the just right home, Cameron guided me every step of the way. She had all the resources I needed, provided great information and was both personable and professional.
