After paying premiums for 40 years, we recently filed our first claim. Totally dissatisfied with the outcome and lack of interest in any resolution. Poor customer service with claims adjuster, too.
We just moved all of our policies to another company and saved a lot of money while getting better coverage.

Absolutely horrible! Their client caused our accident that totalled my car and over a week later and numerous calls all i know is my car is an hour away no rental car and i guess im waiting on an offer for my car I have been with state farm for years and they will continue to have my business. Even progressive has better customer service!

I have had them for coverage for rentals, peraonal vehicles , and also farm insurance and person houses all at once I still have them but this claimi filed has taken forever and been in review for month on months on mo ths no call back I have left messages daily and some days I'll leave 5 messages for call back and still no answer my guy locally has been great but this claim process and trying to get the money and my house getting worse is a nightmare deff sort recommend them to anyone in if they are overwhelmed or what but it's takes seconds to put a call in to give me an update or say hey we are not covering you or this and that .. hopefully aomone at nationwide will see this and I'll get a phone call finally
