I have used them for 20 years and never had any problems at all. Yes they do have a credit card fee but you can always do check by phone with them and it is free. They are very professional and friendly!

Been with Steve Dixson of Dixson Insurance for eleven years. Never had any problems with the way he and his employees have served me. If I had anything happen, he calls me, advises of what has happen and problem is immediately resolved. He has been loyal to me and my husband. We are proud to be a client.

Rates go up every time it’s time to renew- can’t provide reasoning. Unprofessional. Poor customer service. Says service is added onto policy, yet when it comes time to use said service it isn’t provided?
