Hit or miss depending on who you talk to. Couple different interactions with a couple different agents I’ve experienced & both came off rude, insensitive, & classist. One more than the other (Sophie&Jay). Why are you in a customer service industry not able to maintain your professionalism ? Is it because your personal money is being utilized🤔? There’s a thing called tact & a way you choose your words so your delivery isn’t misinterpreted. I sent an audio message so my tone & words wouldn’t be misinterpreted. What I received back I would’ve never expected from such an establishment (or anyone so advanced in age). I was VERY confused, baffled & appalled by the entire situation (see photo) I really just had to take some time & come back for this review. I guess Ms. Vicki Jay felt offended by my (valid) questioning (seeing how I was told one thing in the beginning vs the middle🙃) & this is what she felt was the most appropriate response to that (which she’s entitled to) but should also be held accountable for (and probably won’t).
Will tell you one thing in the beginning & backpedal once opportunity presents itself.
Based off my experience— Go directly through Marketplace or choose a different company all together

POC BEWAREEE & below middle classed citizens definitely beware (in my opinion)
