I recommend insurance agent Sirli Jenkins at the Sheally Insurance Group without reservation. I moved onto the North Carolina shore about 3 years ago and, initially, used a large insurance group in Wilmington. However, they proved incapable and uninterested in responding to even basic questions or problems. They were creative excuse makers and their blunders were always someone else’s fault.
In 2023 I got Ms. Jenkins’ contact information from a friend, and began moving my insurance business to her. I found her personable, well-informed, and prompt in answering all my insurance questions. I have now moved all my insurance business to her at the Sheally Insurance Group in Jacksonville, including my cars, homeowners, and flood policies and I have never regretted it.
