1 star is a gift, unfortunately there is no option for zero.
Here's my story: august 28 I was supposed to pick up my vehicle after a small sensors repair. When I received my car I was told everything was good and I was free to go... until I decided to check that my car was in the same condition I left it and I found the surprise you see in the pictures. The right front side of the vehicle completely torn apart.
Nobody told me anything and their employee tried to hide it with the hope that I would leave the dealership and, at that point, not be responsible for it anymore. Again, they gave me the key and told me everything was good. THEY TRIED TO HIDE THE DEMAGE THEY CAUSED TO MY CAR. That's their level of work ethic..... I wonder what they usually do when we leave our cars to them and we cannot check on their work. Very scary.
Today, November 7, I am still waiting for my car to be repaired by their collision center. On top of that, during all these weeks waiting, my windshield, that had a small rock chip to be filled, now it must be completely replaced due to how they handled the car during the repair. I asked them to be accountable for it, but nothing they refuse to admit the damage and they want to wash their hands of it.
BE AWARE, THIS IS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE AND WORK ETHIC YOU WILL RECEIVE IF YOU GO THERE. NEVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE AND I AM STILL NOT OUT OF IT.
DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND GO TO A DEALERSHIP THAT WILL RESPECT YOU AND YOU CAN TRUST.
I will keep updating you with new reviews until I get my car back. It's important everyone knows about it.
