Very rude to be answered with order when you want. I think there should always be a hello and welcome. Then when I got to the window, there was no hello. Just put out the scanner. And then they accidentally made my drink with milk, which is not a big deal it could’ve been my fault. But when I told him he even said we don’t have dairy free protein and very not personable whatsoever. At least tell your people to say hello and Smile.

But then I got greeted by a really nice woman after all this interaction.

I’m a business owner myself and I experienced this a lot throughout Smoothie King. The first impression matters so much.

I had a wonderful experience at the Smoothie King on 7918 Kirby Dr! This was my first time at this location, and while I don’t usually visit Smoothie King, Tylis and Marii provided exceptional service that made me want to come back. At seven months pregnant, I felt truly cared for—Tylis and Marii were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. Thank you for the great experience!

4/12; just left. Horrible customer service. The tall guy there kept showing the receipt to one of the preparers more than twice ( I didn’t leave a tip for the walk-in $10 drink) and what did i get? A liquid mess of kale water. Sabotaging my drink because i didnt leave a tip was hateful and he seemed pleased that i brought it back and left it.

The lady that just took my drink order made me feel rushed and bothered just because I was asking questions and trying to get her to help me. Her personality was not at its best today. It's 10:56 and it's Tue April 8, 2025.

I love the location and the people, but I’m getting charged full price but only getting half of the açaí base as shown on Smoothie King’s website. Kind of disappointed lowkey.

Amber was amazing on the Friday evening shift ! She was kind and knowledgeable on the menu as well as what the smoothies contained. She went above and beyond to not only educate me on the ingredients of my favorite smoothie, but she blended a sample to be sure it was just right to my liking ! Thank you Smoothie King for having Amber on the team!

It would have been five stars but tipflation is out of control at this business. Gave a big tip on the first order and forgot something so had to place a small second order. But there were no options for zero tip on counter service? Even the custom tip doesn't let you enter zero. Are you kidding me? Just charge customers more and pay your employees a fair wage! It's more transparent and fair for everyone.

This location has decent smoothies served fast by a joyless crew. On two different shifts, I noted employees that never smiled. The only interaction was instructions to order at the register and that my smoothie was ready.
