Well, where to begin. If you list with these guys, expect getting your signature to be the highest priority. After that, I wouldn't expect devoted service. In selling with them, I showed my own property on multiple occasions. Of course they had availability to show up for closing to collect their check. In thinking that I was perhaps an anomaly, I reached out them a few years later *just recently* to gain information on a property under their listing. No one answers phones, inbox full, passing of the buck and too busy to help you attitude, or my favorite I'm Semi Retired, he lives in Florida part time, or he's on vacation 😅

No way I would ever let these folks represent my property. They do not prioritize their customers

When signing a contract with this company, read all the clauses one by one. Otherwise you will have to constantly pay meaningless fees:)
