Josh is World Class and at the top of his game. We first contacted Josh over a year ago about selling our house, during that year he did not call or pressure us to put the property up for sale, however when we were ready Josh was attentive, responsive and provided expert advise. Josh sold our house in two days at $50K over asking. Josh is knowledgeable, experienced and one of the best.

My daughter scheduled an appointment and the realtor decided she couldn't afford the house, and instead of canceling the appointment let us drive all the way to the house and didn't show up. I would never use this realtor. How rude.
