We wanted to downsize to make life more manageable and less work than owning a home. When it came time to sell, who else would I call? He and Jacs are a great team. They gave clear direction on what needed to happen, provided help to get the house photo ready and had a good strategy to achieve what we wanted to with a sale price. Over 10 years ago, we purchased my dad's condo from his estate because the housing market was in the tank. Although I never intended to be a landlord, we rented our condo to the same couple for 10 years. When they decided to build their own home, I knew it was time to sell. It was really helpful the housing market was up during this time, which was late in the summer of 2022. I really valued Guy's advice on NOT making several improvements to our property before putting it up for sale. Had I done what I was prepared to do, I would have put in over $18,000 in improvements. Guy assured me those improvements were not necessary, and he was absolutely correct.

My advice to anyone looking for a realtor is to do your homework. Have prepared questions for your perspective realtor. Keep looking until you find someone you are comfortable with.
