I moved to WI from ND back in '21. Not knowing anything about the area and in need of a home, I read the reviews and I took a chance on this company. Jaz became my realtor and it was a great experience. She and her team have vast knowledge on all fronts. 3 years later I went to sell my home and decided Jaz would be my best option and I was not disappointed. If I ever move back to the area, I WILL use Mode Realty Network again. Fast, efficient, caring, knowledgeable, and tailored towards you, the buyer/seller, as I've done both with this company and would do it again.

We loved our experience with Jaz. As first time home buyers, my we were easily getting overwhelmed with the big mortgage brokers and realtors. That all changed when a friend recommended us to work with Jaz.

Right from the start she made the process very transparent and walked us through the house buying process. She worked around our schedule and made time for us. She was great with communication whether it was phone calls, emails, or texts. We felt very reassured and quickly signed a contract with her. With the market being so fast paced these days and houses being sold immediately after being posted, Jaz was able to keep up it. We signed with her on a Wednesday, went to an open house on Saturday, toured it together on Monday, and had an offer in that night. We had an accepted offer the following day and closed a month later.

She was tremendous help during the closing process, walking us through everything we signed and making sure we understood it first. She had great recommendations when it came to local mortgage brokers and inspectors, and they too had great things to say about her. Having someone local to be able to meet with in person helped ease our concerns.

We highly recommend Jaz and Mode Realty to our friends or anyone else looking to purchase a home!

There is no greater of example if patience and kindness! My wife and I worked with Jaz Day for the last two years to find what worked for us, and she took us on tour after tour until we found the best home for us!

Unlike our previous realtor she didn't just drag us to random spots either;
She showed a genuine interest in what we wanted in a house, but also listened to what we wanted in order to make a house our home. She took the time to do all the extra digging on condition reports to make sure what we were buying wasn't just in budget, but also in our range for DIY projects, or even hosting Dungeons & Dragons!

Many times during the process of just searching did she assuage anxieties and worries about what was to become our first home, even going so far as to offer help fix a few things to get the home up to code.

I am so glad that I was referred to Jean and Matt. They work extremely hard, are knowledgeable in their trade, and respond/get you into houses for showings quickly. What’s more, Jean actually talked me out of putting an offer in on a house. The house had a lot of shiny qualities, but she helped me crunch the numbers and estimate the potential mortgage and taxes to give me a clear picture of what owning that house would have done to my financial future. Jean gave up a larger commission when I walked away from that house but left me in a better place financially. Wow, where do I begin. We moved from 1000 miles away and had to rely solely on the expertise and professionalism of Mari Osborn while shopping. And boy did she deliver! She spent endless amounts of time on the phone with us, digitally walking us through property after property, helping us navigate the bargaining process and sealed the deal on a beautiful home that we still cannot believe we live in. Not only did she help us find a home to relocate to, she was able to help us close one chapter of our lives and begin a brand new, bright chapter in Wisconsin!
