Ryan Bird was our realtor. As 1st time home buyers, we had so many questions and concerns, walking in the unknown can be terrified. Ryan was very professional yet fun. He always had the best interest for us and didn't feel one bit as a quick sale. Always willing to answer answers in a timely manner. I will 100% recommend!

C21 represented Fannie Mae in a foreclosure sale that had outstanding water bills. Bills were identified at the time of closing to be taken care of by the seller. It has been 6 months at this point and one of the two outstanding water bills still remains unresolved. Multiple communications (phone & e-mail) have been sent back and forth between the selling agent, president, and vice president of this C21 location with no resolve. I have to continually keep contacting them as they rarely respond to communication in a timely fashion, I go weeks without updates hoping for resolutions that never happen.

I would NOT recommend using them if you can avoid it. I will update this review if they resolve it in a timely fashion. At this point though my hope in this being taken care of before property tax time again is looking highly unlikely.

4/15 - In response to your response, you have my information and I've made the effort to contact you more than enough times to resolve this matter. Please take the initiative to contact me.

4/21 - You've finally taken care of this issue without informing me. I found out today that back in March you finally paid your outstanding water bill. While I'm glad this chapter of interacting with you is completed, I'm keeping my review to a 1 Star. Due to the worst communication I've ever experienced in working with anyone.
