Holly was fantastic to work with when we sold our home! She was very personable, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. She took care of everything for us in a very professional manner, and above all, was such an honest and kind person.

The professional photos of our home were amazing! We had so many people comment on the quality of the photography. Drone photos and a video walk-through of our house were also included. The media package that was put together to sell our home was beautiful!

Unfortunately, our buyers ended up being very disrespectful and difficult to work with (see below negative review). We regret giving up everything we did for them and ultimately regret selling our house to them. Holly handled them very professionally, even though at every turn, they made things difficult. She agreed to also be their realtor, but that came with a signed document outlining the agreement. We were informed that Holly could not advise either parties during negotiations between buyer and seller, as she was representing both. She remained very neutral and professional throughout the whole process, even when dealing with the very difficult behavior and demands of the buyers.

The only reason the sale of our house was a horrible experience for us was due to the poor behavior of our buyers. We have since had Holly sell another property for a family member and it went perfectly. We would definitely use Holly in the future and highly recommend her!

Unprofessional and unknowledgeable. As a first time home buyer, I strongly advise other first time home buyers to look for a realtor elsewhere. Holly of Artisan Graham misguided us throughout our home-buying experience. We received no guidance, education, or assistance from her when negotiations grew difficult.

My partner and I happened to find a house we loved before we had found a realtor. Instead of suggesting another realtor at Artisan Graham, Holly put herself in the unique situation of representing both parties, assuring us that she could handle it. When difficult negotiations arose, she became nothing but a messenger between us and the other party. Instead of doing the responsible and ethical thing to bring another realtor in to guide us, she was deceitful and lied to us so we would give in to the sellers. This was a truly horrible experience.

Who knew a great friendship would blossom during while searching for our forever home?! After meeting Holly at a showing, we were very impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and honest opinion of the property without pushing us one way or the other just to make a sale. Even though we passed up that property, we had such a great experience that we asked Holly to continue helping us. She was committed to finding us our forever home. In the crazy housing market, we ended up going to a lot of showings and many times Holly had to drive an hour plus! She was always happy to (literally) go the extra mile. She even did a couple virtual showings for us when we were temporarily living in New Mexico!

Her honesty put us at ease. She knew exactly what we wanted and would always listen to our opinions on the property and help us list pros and cons.

She is fearless! There were a couple hot properties where sellers and their agents would give us a hard time or just not communicate appropriately regarding our offers. Holly would always get to the bottom of it and get us an answer one way or another. Her fearlessness also was apparent at a showing where we all got chased by some angry geese!

It’s bittersweet that our adventures came to an end because house showings are always fun with Holly but, thanks to her, we just closed on our forever home! She was confident this home was the one for us just by our faces during the showing. We couldn’t ask for anything more in our property! She got the job done!

Holly was wonderful to work with for the 5 months it took to find the perfect home, fit just for us. Not only did she take our wants and concerns seriously, she began observing and learning our styles from each house we toured. Because she is observant, she could tell instantly if we thought the house was a thumbs up or thumbs down, but was patient with us while we continued to browse. She was enthusiastic about houses that were in our likes and was encouraging the entire way. Even when things didn’t work out with this quick market, Holly was always optimistic about finding our right one. She also made the selling process of our home super easy and stress free. I would love to work with Holly again in the future, and I’m grateful to have worked with such a great and genuine person!

From the first question until the follow up how are things since closing… they epitomize the definition of excellent customer service and commitment, that’s what they do and who they are.
