Our experience with Kyle was amazing in every way. He is the best realtor anyone could possibly imagine as well as a wonderful person in general. We were referred to him by both of our adult children as we began our search for a home in the Madison area back in... January of 2023! He was quick to piece together what we were looking for in a home. In spite of some of our clearly conflicting criteria (walk out from basement, but no stairs to mention just one), and our general, frequent ambivalence, he stuck with us. He was completely understanding, kind and helpful. He went out of the way, in our minds, to not only visit sites when we were unable to make it (we were from another town), but also to video record the inside as well as the outside of homes, crunching through snow and adding helpful commentary along the way.

Seemed when we would be on the verge of making a decision, the house would be snatched from us…such was the housing market. So we began to also contemplate the idea of a new build. Eventually, we were doing both side by side…planning for a new build and looking for an already built home, until we reached the point of no return and were committed to building. Even then, Kyle maintained contact…helped us through the closing of our lot, checking in with us to see how we were doing, even driving by to take a snapshot of our home under construction to send us…the first look we got with the siding almost up. When the house was finished, he happily stopped by to see the finished result which was fun for us, reminiscing and comparing what our criteria for a home was all along.

Very recently we were ready to sell our old home over an hour to the east and Kyle had the best recommendation for a realtor couple who were local and familiar to the area of our old home…and they were indeed the best for that area. It sold quickly. He was immediately in touch with us to wish us the best when our home was listed and again 2-3 days later was in touch to congratulate us on the sale of our house! Two plus years later! And we expect we will be in touch again soon to ask his advice. 🙂
