Jamie helped us purchase our home 6 years ago so we contacted him to help us sell my mother's home. Jamie and Jennifer did an incredible job coordinating the painters and carpet installers, which on Jamie's advice we agreed to have done. Jamie mentioned that we should update fixtures in the house to "modernize" the appearance. Jamie then installed all of these himself. Jennifer, Jaime, my wife and myself then decided what price to list the house at. We went live on a Friday and had an incredible amount of bookings right away. Had a nice offer that evening. Saturday's open house drew a lot of people and bookings. Saturday evening we accepted an offer $47,000 above asking price. We would recommend Jaime & Jennifer to everyone. They did such an incredible job from start to finish.

Andres was outstanding to work with in the search of our new home! I think the number one thing that jumped out to us was his Responsiveness. We had a full schedule of viewing homes and Andres was also available for us. He would reach out with recommendations but he never forced anything on us and he listened to and appreciated our feedback. He was extremely professional and communicated everything with us from viewing properties to making an offer. One other thing that was very refreshing in dealing with him was he didn't pretend to have all the answers. Andres was very knowledgeable but as a newer agent, he was never afraid to bring Jamie in to help explain things he was learning. That showed us Andres wanted to make sure we had everything we needed! Thanks to Andres and his responsiveness, tenacity, and strong communication, we found our dream home!
