Kara is very knowledgeable of the housing market and the opportunities to buy a house in the Madison areas we were interested in. She kept us regularly updated with the listings and was quick to secure appointments for private showing. On several occasions, we had the opportunity for multiple home visits, which gave us enough time and information to make an educated offer.

While she was quick to get the paperwork ready for us to submit an offer, she was also patient and considerate to give us time to make our decision to go ahead or back out from submitting the offer.
