I worked with Stacy through Yoo Realty Group and I feel like he really did a great job helping me along with the process. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! We used their services when we were relocating from another state and were randomly connected to them through Zillow. We later decided to work with a family friend and they refused to terminate the contract unless our realtor signed a referral agreement. While they did not refer us to anyone, they were still expecting a portion of their sale. The contract was never explained to us and the termination terms were unnecessarily excessive (we would have had to wait 6 months before we could work with a new company). Their money grubbing unprofessionalism delayed us in the home buying process while trying to move across the country with a newborn. They also only sent us listings at the very top of our price range, withheld our buyer agency agreement for an extra 24 hours just because they were being petty, and violated multiple NAR ethics and standards of practice codes. I do not usually post reviews but our experience was so terrible that I want to prevent anyone else from going through something similar. Marine Yoo and his team are not here to support you getting your forever home, they are here to squeeze as much money out of you as they possibly can. Go anywhere else.
